Обязанности: Цель должности: обеспечивать бесперебойный выпуск вибропрессованных изделий заданного количества и качества в соответствии с производственным заданием и технологическим регламентом. Управление вибропрессом с пульта и контроль технологического процесса: подача бетонной смеси, формование, уплотнение, распалубка. Наладка линии под конкретную номенклатуру (замена пресс-форм, настройка параметров вибрации, дозирования, цикла). Визуальный и инструментальный контроль качества изделия: геометрия, плотность, отсутствие сколов, трещин, раковин. Контроль расхода сырья (инертные, цемент, добавки) и соблюдения рецептуры. Ежесменное техническое обслуживание: чистка, смазка, осмотр узлов, мелкий ремонт. Ведение сменной документации: журнал выпуска, простоев, передачи смены. Соблюдение охраны труда, промышленной безопасности и трудовой дисциплины. Требования: Опыт: от 1 года оператором вибропресса / виброформовочной линии / БФМ (бетонно-формовочной машины). Знание оборудования: устройство вибропресса и периферии (смеситель, транспортёры, дозаторы), правила эксплуатации, ТО и профилактики. Технологические знания: понимание процессов вибропрессования жёстких бетонных смесей, влияния влажности, фракции, дозировки на качество изделия. Навык наладки: замена и выставление пресс-форм, настройка параметров под разные изделия (плитка, блок, бордюр). Чтение документации: технологические карты, рецептуры, инструкции по охране труда. Образование: среднее профессиональное / техническое (желательно, но решающим является практический опыт). Допуски: пройденное обучение по охране труда и безопасным методам работы на вибропрессовом оборудовании (либо готовность пройти до допуска к самостоятельной работе). Физическая готовность: работа в цеху, смены, нагрузка на ноги/спину, аккуратность. Условия: Оформление в соответствии с ТК РФ; График 5/2 с 8 до 17, пoлный соц.пaкет; Выдаётся спецодежда; Есть душ, раздевалка, комната приёма пищи; Работа на современном оборудовании; Частичная оплата питания в столовой на территории; Работа в крупной стабильной компании на заводе в г.Архангельск; Возможности для карьерного роста. Парковка для личного транспорта работников. Оплата проезда к месту отдыха и обратно один раз в два года.
