The posting

Комплексная поддержка и консультирование пользователей, исправление ошибок и сопровождение на этапах промышленной эксплуатации. Участие в Change Management в корпоративной среде. Работа с обращениями в Service Desk (1С:ITILIUM), соблюдение SLA, ведение базы знаний(инструкции, чек-листы, типовые решения). Сбор требований бизнес-заказчиков и архитектурное проектирование решений с учетом масштабируемости и производительности. Формирование ТЗ для разработчиков. Работа с СКД на продвинутом уровне (программная работа со схемой, оптимизация сложных отчетов). Участие в Code Review (проверка решений на соответствие архитектурным стандартам). Написание и поддержка сценариев тестирования в Vanessa Automation (автоматизация регрессионного тестирования). Наставничество младших консультантов. Создание инструкций для пользователей, методических материалов и проведение обучения. Взаимодействие с подрядчиками: координация работ, контроль выполнения SLA.

Опыт работы с 1С от 3 лет (Старший консультант, Ведущий специалист). Высшее образование (техническое, ИТ или экономическое). Экспертное знание конфигураций: 1С:ERP УСО 2.5, КА 2.5, БП 3.0, ЗУП 3.1, ДО 3.0. 1С:УСО 1.3, 1С:УПП Глубокие знания методологии учета в двух и более блоках (закупки, продажи, запасы, казначейство, бюджетирование, регламентированный учет, зарплата и кадры, УАТ). Продвинутые навыки: профилирование запросов в высоконагруженных системах, программная работа со СКД. Опыт архитектурного проектирования (выбор регистров, механизмов обмена, RLS) с учетом перспективы обновления конфигурации. Навыки написания сложных ТЗ, опыт работы по Agile/Scrum. Опыт написания тест-кейсов, работа с Vanessa Automation. Личные качества: аналитический склад ума, клиентоориентированность, навыки наставничества и управления ожиданиями заказчика. Сертификаты 1С:Специалист-консультант по ERP/УХ/КА/БП и 1С:Специалист по платформе. Опыт разработки (достаточный для Code Review и постановки задач). Опыт миграции данных (Консоль конвертации, КД 2.0/3.0). Навыки интеграции (веб-сервисы, HTTP, JSON/XML, ЕСМ, EDI, банки).
