Ключевые обязанности Стратегия и развитие бизнеса: формировать и реализовывать долгосрочную стратегию развития интернет-магазина; определять приоритетные товарные категории, каналы продвижения и географию продаж; обеспечивать рост доли рынка и показателей LTV. Операционная эффективность: выстраивать и оптимизировать сквозные процессы e-commerce (закупки, склад, логистика, возвраты, клиентский сервис); контролировать сроки и качество исполнения, снижать издержки и повышать оборачиваемость товаров. Управление финансами и P L: отвечать за формирование и исполнение бюджета, контроль рентабельности направлений, управление денежными потоками, ценообразованием и промо-акциями; обеспечивать выполнение плановых показателей выручки и прибыли. Команда и HR: формировать управленческую команду (коммерция, маркетинг, логистика, IT, финансы), внедрять KPI и систему мотивации; развивать корпоративную культуру и стандарты качества обслуживания. IT и цифровые инструменты: курировать развитие интернет-магазина (сайт, мобильное приложение, CRM, ERP, аналитические системы), интеграцию с маркетплейсами и службами доставки; обеспечивать безопасность данных и соответствие требованиям законодательства. Маркетинг и продажи: управлять омниканальным продвижением, SEO, контекстной и таргетированной рекламой, SMM, email- и CRM-маркетингом; повышать конверсию и средний чек, снижать стоимость привлечения клиента.

Понимание специфики онлайн‑продаж: воронка продаж, юнит‑экономика, конверсия, LTV, CAC, Retention. Опыт выстраивания сквозных процессов: закупки, логистика, склад, возвраты, клиентский сервис. Знание инструментов аналитики (Яндекс Метрика, Google Analytics, Power BI, Excel/Google Sheets), CRM/ERP‑систем, платформ интернет‑магазинов. Навыки управления проектами и изменениями, умение приоритизировать задачи и работать в условиях неопределённости. Высшее образование (экономика, менеджмент, маркетинг или смежные направления). Готовность к ответственности за финансовые результаты и масштабирование бизнеса.
