Приём и осмотр пациентов . Сбор анамнеза, физикальное обследование, оценка состояния почек, мочевыводящих путей и мужских половых органов; выявление жалоб и симптомов, позволяющих заподозрить урологическую патологию. Постановка диагноза . Формулирование предварительного и окончательного диагноза с учётом МКБ, проведение дифференциальной диагностики (в том числе с острыми хирургическими состояниями). Назначение и интерпретация обследований . Определение объёма лабораторных (анализы мочи, крови и др.) и инструментальных исследований (УЗИ, КТ, МРТ, урография, цистоскопия и пр.) в соответствии с клиническими рекомендациями и стандартами помощи; анализ результатов. Разработка и реализация плана лечения . Назначение медикаментозной и немедикаментозной терапии, определение показаний к оперативным и малоинвазивным вмешательствам; подбор лечебного питания и режима. Контроль эффективности и безопасности лечения . Мониторинг динамики заболевания, коррекция терапии по результатам контрольных исследований и состояния пациента; выявление и купирование побочных эффектов и осложнений. Оказание неотложной и экстренной помощи . Купирование острых состояний (почечная колика, острая задержка мочеиспускания, макрогематурия, травма мочеполовых органов, приапизм и др.) в рамках своих компетенций. Направление на консультации и госпитализацию . Обоснование необходимости привлечения смежных специалистов (онколог, нефролог, хирург и др.), оформление направлений на высокотехнологичную медицинскую помощь, подготовка документов для госпитализации. Ведение медицинской документации . Заполнение амбулаторных карт, историй болезни, листков нетрудоспособности, протоколов исследований и операций, отчётных форм; соблюдение требований по защите персональных данных и врачебной тайны.
