Оказание проживающим социальных услуг в рамках своих компетенций в соответствии с Индивидуальным планом ухода: 1.Персональная ответственность за безопасность каждого проживающего (не оставляет проживающих без присмотра, знает о месте нахождения каждого. В случае обнаружения отсутствия проживающего, незамедлительно докладывает об этом дежурной медицинской сестре); 2.Проведение полного гигиенического туалета по мере необходимости, но не реже 1 раза в день; 3.Оказание санитарно-гигиенических услуг: умывание; ежедневный уход за волосами; мытье проживающего в кровати; уход за промежностью и наружными половыми органами; полное купание в душе или ванной комнате; уход за ногтями рук; уход за ногтями ног; 4.Помощь в уходе за зубами или челюстью; 5.Помощь в пользовании очками или слуховыми аппаратами; 6.Обеспечение питьевого режима немобильным и маломобильным проживающим, в соответствии с рекомендациями врача и контроль его соблюдения. 7.Кормление проживающего с недостаточностью самостоятельного ухода. Продолжительность 1 кормления составляет не менее 15 минут; 8.Наблюдение за состоянием лица, нуждающегося в постороннем уходе, во время приема пищи (кормления). 9.Наблюдение за самочувствием проживающих, нуждающихся в постороннем уходе, в повседневной деятельности, во время процедур ухода. 10.Контроль дефекации и диуреза, контроль наличия болей. 11.Незамедлительное информирование дежурной медицинской сестры о непредвиденном ухудшении состояния здоровья или эмоционального состояния проживающего. 12.Помощь дежурной медицинской сестре при проведении медицинских процедур. 13.Ведение документации по уходу в рамках реализации индивидуального плана ухода. 14.Разъяснение проживающим содержания каждой процедуры ухода, комментирование, проводимой процедуры, проявление интереса к ощущениями проживающего от проводимой процедуры. 15.При необходимости сопровождение проживающего в учреждения здравоохранения. 16.Пропаганда здорового образа жизни 17.Оказание первичной медико-санитарной помощи. 18.Смену памперсов, обработку кожных покровов; 19.Получение комплектов чистого нательного белья, одежды и обуви; 20.Смену нательного и постельного белья; 21.Персональная ответственность за внешний вид проживающих и сохранность мягкого инвентаря. 22.Оказание психологической помощи: беседы, общение, выслушивание, подбадривание, мотивация к активности и психологическая поддержка жизненного тонуса проживающего. 23.Социально-психологическая помощь в раскрытии и мобилизации внутренних ресурсов, в решении и профилактике социально-психологических проблем. 24. После окончания рабочего дня передача смены заступившему персоналу. 25. Работа в контакте со специалистами отделений Учреждения. 26. Выполнение отдельных служебных поручений своего непосредственного руководителя.
