В соответствии с задачами станции скорой медицинской помощи заместитель главного врача по медицинской части обязан: 2.1. Организовать работу станции по оказанию скорой медицинской помощи населению, транспортировке больных (пострадавших), нуждающихся в госпитализации, доставке больных в стационары по направлению медицинских работников амбулаторно-поликлинической сети, а также по оказанию медицинской помощи лицам, обратившимся непосредственно на станцию. 2.2. Осуществлять контроль своевременности, качества и объёма медицинской помощи, оказываемой персоналом станции. 2.3. Организовать работу выездных бригад скорой медицинской помощи в режиме повседневной работы и в условиях чрезвычайных происшествий. 2.4. Поддерживать взаимодействие и преемственность в работе станции с другими учреждениями здравоохранения. 2.5. Обеспечивать связь и взаимодействие с органами местной власти, Управлением внутренних дел, ГИБДД, пожарными частями и другими оперативными службами. 2.6. Участвовать в обеспечении станции современными техническими средствами связи и информатики, картами города и загородной зоны. 2.7. Проводить анализ оперативных данных и показателей деятельности станции скорой медицинской помощи и принимать решения по возникающим вопросам. 2.8. Утверждать порядок работы подстанций и выездных бригад. 2.9. Осуществлять перспективное и текущее планирование работы станции и их структурных подразделений. 2.10. Контролировать надлежащее содержание зданий и прилегающей территории станции. Осуществлять контроль ремонта, реконструкции принадлежащих станции помещений и контроль нового строительства. 2.11. Представлять в установленные сроки статистические, финансовые и хозяйственные отчёты о деятельности станции. 2.12. Обеспечивать правильную расстановку и использование кадров, своевременное укомплектование штатных должностей. 2.13. Контролировать обеспечение станции, медикаментами, аппаратурой, связью, хозяйственным инвентарём. 2.14. Контролировать состояние техники безопасности и охраны труда работников станции, соблюдение правил внутреннего трудового распорядка на станции и в её подразделениях. 2.15. Контролировать учёт, хранение и использование наркотических, ядовитых и сильнодействующих лекарственных средств. 2.16. Организовать правильное ведение, учёт и хранение медицинской документации.
