The posting

Осуществлять общее руководство отделом, разрабатывать локальные нормативные документы (положения, инструкции) в области управления ИТ-активами. Организовывать и контролировать учет ИТ-активов, разрабатывать и внедрять процессы управления, обеспечивать актуальность данных в специализированных системах. Обеспечивать контроль за жизненным циклом активов (от постановки на учет до утилизации/списания), готовить отчетность по их использованию, стоимости и износу. Взаимодействовать с другими отделами для согласования процессов, проводить обучение сотрудников новым подходам и инструментам в рамках своей компетенции. Контролировать ведение складского учета, правильность оформления первичной документации (акты приема-передачи, договоры). Участвовать и контролировать проведение инвентаризации ИТ-активов и товарно-материальных ценностей. Своевременно исполнять заявки в действующей информационной системе приема и обработки обращений Учреждения.

Нам важно на данной позиции: Высшее образование. Наличие дополнительного профессионального образования (программы повышения квалификации) в области управления ИТ-активами, ИТ-сервисами или управления проектами. Опыт работы: Не менее 3-х лет в области материально-технического обеспечения, управления ИТ-активами либо опыт управления командой/проектами. Опыт работы в бюджетных организациях будет преимуществом. Знания: Законодательство РФ и Республики Коми (в части, касающейся компетенции). Порядок складского учета, правила составления материальных отчетов. Принципы управления ИТ-активами, нормативные требования и стандарты (ITIL, ISO 19770). Правила эксплуатации вычислительной техники, средств связи. Правила проведения инвентаризации и охраны труда. Основы трудового законодательства. Навыки: Уверенное владение информационно-учетными программами, средствами штрихового кодирования; Опыт работы с 1С; Умение формировать и актуализировать систему учетно-отчетной документации; Навыки классификации и проверки первичных документов на соответствие законодательству; Знание правил погрузочно-разгрузочных работ и техники безопасности.
