The posting

1. Принимает звонки Клиентов. 2. Определяет тип Клиента и закрепляет Клиента за конкретным Менеджером по продажам, в соответствии с классификацией клиента и группой менеджера. 3. Перед приемом заказа, проверяет по 1С наличие за данным Клиентом сверхнормативной дебиторской задолженности. О наличествующей задолженности сообщает Клиенту и Менеджеру клиента. Заказ принимает только в случае отсутствия таковых. 4. Принимая заказ, обязательно обращает внимание Клиента на новый товар в ассортименте, на особые, сезонные позиции по указанию Руководителя отдела продаж, а также напоминает Клиенту о товаре, традиционном для данного Клиента. Никогда не заканчивает прием заказа, не предложив Клиенту еще трех позиций сверх того, что он уже заказал. 5. При необходимости, консультирует Клиента по оптимальному составлению ассортимента, возможных скидок при увеличении заказа, исходя при этом из специфики бизнеса данного Клиента. 6. На основе действующих в Компании правил и нормативов, определяет размеры скидок, в рамках прайс-листа. 7. В случае приема заказа от регионального Клиента согласовывает форму оплаты, время прибытия Клиента за товаром (в случае само вывоза) или реквизиты по отправке товара Клиенту. 8. Обо всех звонках Клиентов и все принятые заказы, в течение часа с момента поступления заказа передает информацию Менеджерам отдела продаж, для отслеживания исполнения Заказов. 9. Информацию о новых Клиентах передает Директору, для последующего закрепления за одним из Менеджеров отдела продаж и авторизации клиента. 10. Непременно исполняет и своевременно оформляет всю предусмотренную отчетность и иную рабочую документацию.

Уверенный пользователь 1С, опыт работы с первичной документацией, опытный пользователь ПК, умение работать с оргтехникой, навыки телефонных переговоров.
