The posting

1.1. исполняет приказы, распоряжения и указания вышестоящих, в порядке подчиненности руководителей, отданные в пределах их должностных полномочий; 1.2. осуществлять сбор и предоставление информации по жилищному фонду и организациям, находящихся на межселенной территории для размещения информации в государственную информационную систему жилищно-коммунального хозяйства ГИС ЖКХ, федеральную информационную адресную систему ФИАС, государственную автоматизированную систему ГАС Управление и др.; 1.3. в рамках осуществления взаимодействия между отделами и управлениями администрации Олюторского муниципального района в пределах своих полномочий, участвует в разработке проектов расходов бюджета Управления и объема ассигнований на долгосрочную, среднесрочную и краткосрочную перспективы, в части определения объектов, необходимых мероприятий и расчетов финансовых средств по соответствующим программам и подпрограммам; 1.4. контролирует правильность заключения договоров с поставщиками (подрядчиками) по размещенному муниципальному заказу, подведомственному Отделению, и ход их реализации; 1.5. готовит ответы на обращение граждан и юридических лиц в соответствии с резолюциями Главы Олюторского муниципального района или Руководителя Управления по строительству, транспорту, энергетике, ЖКХ и муниципальному имуществу; 1.6. контролирует подготовку жилищного фонда к работе в осенне-зимнем периоде на межселенной территории;

Высшее профессиональное (техническое) образование или среднее профессиональное образование Главный специалист должен обладать следующими базовыми умениями: - владение современными средствами, методами и технологиями работы с информацией; - работа с документами; - организационная работа; - системный подход к решению задач; - аналитическая работа; - нормотворческая деятельность; - осуществление контроля; - систематизация и подготовка информационных материалов; - работа на персональном компьютере с программами Microsoft Office, Outlook Express, Internet Explorer, с информационными правовыми системами Гарант, Кодекс, Консультант Плюс, являющиеся неотъемлемой частью в работе руководства; - использование телефонной, факсимильной связи, копировальной техники.
