- по поручению Вице-Губернатора Тюменской области разрабатывает проекты нормативных правовых и ненормативных правовых актов Тюменской области и направляет их на согласование в порядке, предусмотренном Регламентом Правительства Тюменской области, готовит заключения на проекты нормативных правовых и ненормативных правовых актов Тюменской области;готовит проекты ответов на корреспонденцию, поступающую к Вице-Губернатору области в соответствии с распределением обязанностей между должностными лицами, деятельностью которых непосредственно руководит Губернатор Тюменской области, а также проекты инициативных писем;осуществляет контроль за соответствием ответов, подготовленных исполнительными органами государственной власти Тюменской области, содержанию запросов Администрации Президента Российской Федерации;осуществляет работу с обращениями граждан (устные и письменные обращения) в соответствии с Порядком работы с обращениями граждан, утвержденным приказом Аппарата Губернатора Тюменской области и другие

Должен иметь высшее образование не ниже уровня бакалавриата.Требования к стажу государственной гражданской службы или работы по специальности, направлению подготовки не предъявляются. Должен обладать следующими базовыми знаниями и умениями:знанием государственного языка Российской Федерации (русского языка);знанием основ Конституции Российской Федерации, законодательства о государственной гражданской службе и противодействии коррупции, системы федеральных и областных органов государственной власти;знаниями и умениями в области информационно-коммуникационных технологий;умениями, свидетельствующими о наличии необходимых профессиональных и личностных качеств:сбора, анализа и систематизации информации, подготовки официального письма (умение мыслить системно);умением планировать и рационально использовать рабочее время;владения приемами межличностных отношений, недопущения межличностных конфликтов (коммуникативные умения)
