Трудовая функция: Разработка и организация на объекте защиты системы обеспечения пожарной безопасности. Разработка локальных нормативных актов объекта защиты в области пожарной безопасности. Организация и проведение обучения работников объекта защиты мерам пожарной безопасности с учетом специфики объекта защиты. Обеспечение объекта защиты первичными средствами пожаротушения в соответствии с нормами. Составление заявок на приобретение пожарно-технического оборудования. Проведение всех видов противопожарных инструктажей с работниками Библиотеки. Обеспечение учреждения знаками пожарной безопасности. Контроль исполнения работниками Библиотеки локальных нормативных актов в области пожарной безопасности. Проверка состояния пожарной безопасности в структурных подразделениях. Контроль выполнения противопожарных мероприятий по предписаниям ведомственного пожарного надзора и уполномоченных органов власти. Разработка и актуализация инструкций о мерах пожарной безопасности и оформления документации, ведение эксплуатационно-технической документации по вопросам пожарной безопасности, разработка программ инструктажей по пожарной безопасности. Проведение практических занятий с персоналом организации по действиям при возникновении пожара и эвакуации людей, изучению средств защиты органов дыхания и правил пользования первичными средствами пожаротушения. Контроль содержания в исправном состоянии систем и средств противопожарной защиты. Своевременное информирование начальника Отдела о необходимости технического переосвидетельствования, ремонта и перезарядки средств пожаротушения. Представление интересов организации по вопросам пожарной безопасности в надзорных органах. Разработка технического задания для проведения закупки. Организация эвакуации материальных ценностей из опасной зоны, определение места их складирования и обеспечение, при необходимости, их охраны. Общее руководство по тушению пожара до прибытия пожарных

На должность ведущего специалиста по пожарной профилактике назначается лицо, имеющее высшее образование бакалавриат или высшее образование (непрофильное) бакалавриат и дополнительное профессиональное образование программы профессиональной переподготовки в области, соответствующей виду профессиональной деятельности. Требования к опыту практической работы не менее трех лет по направлению деятельности.
