1. Осуществление непосредственного руководства отделом. 2. Обеспечение формирования нормативно-правовой базы по направлениям деятельности отдела. 3. Обеспечение реализации полномочий в границах Красновишерского городского округа по организации электро-, тепло-, и водоснабжения населения, водоотведения в пределах полномочий, установленных законодательством Российской Федерации. 4. Организация работы по подготовке объектов жилищно-коммунального хозяйства к эксплуатации в осенне-зимний период (далее ОЗП), контролирует работы по составлению планов подготовки объектов к ОЗП и их реализацией организациями, предприятиями и учреждениями городского округа. 5. Организует разработку и актуализацию Схем теплоснабжения, водоснабжения и водоотведения Красновишерского городского округа, программы комплексного развития систем коммунальной инфраструктуры Красновишерского городского округа. 6. Обеспечение контроля за разработкой и осуществлением мероприятий, направленных на реализацию жилищных программ по обеспечению жильем отдельных категорий граждан Красновишерского городского округа. 7. Принимает участие в согласовании тарифов на коммунальные услуги в пределах полномочий. 8. Осуществление контроля за заключением и исполнением муниципальных контрактов специалистами отдела. 9. Организация работы в установленные сроки по обработке сообщений на портале Управляем Вместе (изучение, анализ поступившей информации, принятие мер направленных на устранение выявленных и подтвержденных сообщений, предоставление исчерпывающих ответов). 10. Формирование отчетности, осуществления контроля за сроками и качеством ее предоставления.

Приоритетные направления профессиональной подготовки: Государственное и муниципальное управление, Строительство, Экономика, Энергетика, Энергетическое машиностроение и Электротехника . Навыки работы с персональным компьютером и организационной техникой. Умение применять офисные программы Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, иные программные продукты, информационно-правовые системы, Интернет-ресурсы. Ключевые навыки: знание делового этикета, коммуникабельность, исполнительность, умение работать с документами, оперативность, ответственность.
