опыт управления распределённой командой продаж; хорошая школа регулярного менеджмента: постановка целей, декомпозиция планов, KPI, контроль, обратная связь и развитие сотрудников; опыт работы с дистрибьюторами и понимание экономики дистрибьюторского бизнеса; умение вести переговоры на уровне руководителей и собственников компаний-партнёров; понимание принципов развития территории, активной клиентской базы, дистрибуции и представленности продукта; сильные аналитические навыки: способность работать с цифрами, видеть причины отклонений и принимать на их основе решения; самостоятельность, высокая требовательность к результату своему и команды; готовность к командировкам по территории дивизиона до 30% рабочего времени.
