проводить поддерживающую и генеральную уборку жилых помещений (квартиры, частные дома, апартаменты); выполнять сухую и влажную уборку полов, стен, плинтусов; удалять пыль с мебели, бытовой техники, декоративных элементов; мыть окна, зеркала, стеклянные поверхности; чистить сантехнику (раковины, унитазы, ванны, душевые кабины), кафель, швы; убирать кухонные поверхности: фасады шкафов, столешницы, варочные панели, вытяжки (без разбора техники); выносить мусор; использовать профессиональные моющие и чистящие средства согласно инструкциям и нормам безопасности; соблюдать стандарты чистоты и чек-листы уборки, предоставляемые компанией; бережно относиться к имуществу клиентов, сообщать о выявленных неисправностях (протечки, поломки и т. п.). Требования: ответственность, аккуратность, внимательность к деталям; чистоплотность и соблюдение правил гигиены; готовность работать с профессиональной бытовой химией (при отсутствии противопоказаний по здоровью); умение пользоваться стандартным уборочным инвентарём (пылесос, швабра, парогенератор и т. д.); пунктуальность, умение планировать время для соблюдения тайминга уборки; грамотная речь и доброжелательность (важно для прямого контакта с клиентами); опыт работы в клининге приветствуется, но не обязателен.
