Должностные обязанности Уборщик служебных помещений отделения: 1. Производит влажную уборку помещений в отделении в соответствии с санитарными нормами, генеральную уборку в соответствии с утвержденным графиком; 2. Удаляет пыль, производит уборку помещений, коридоров, лестниц, стен, окон, полов вручную или с применением уборочного инвентаря и приспособлений 3. Приготавливает моющие и дезинфицирующие растворы 4. Производит чистку и дезинфекцию душевых кабин, унитазов, раковин и другого санитарно-технического оборудования 5. Обрабатывает и чистит зеркальные и стеклянные поверхности и перегородки, удаляет локальные пятна с поверхностей 6. Регулярно в соответствии с санитарными нормами проводит дезинфекцию ветоши, емкостей для уборок, мусоросборников, маркировку на инвентаре, ветоши и посуды; 7. Помогает старшей медицинской сестре при получении медикаментов, инструментов, оборудования и доставке их в отделение; 8. Получает у кастелянши и обеспечивает правильное хранение и использование белья, хозяйственного инвентаря, посуды и моющих средств; 9. Сообщает старшей медицинской сестре о неисправностях в системе отопления, водоснабжения, канализации и в электроприборах; 10. Следит за сохранностью и правильностью использования закрепленного за нею мягкого и твердого инвентаря; 11. Осуществляет сбор и транспортировку мусора и отходов в установленное место в соответствии с санитарными нормами., вставляет пакеты класса Б в мусорные корзины в палатах пациентов; 12. Осуществляет мероприятия по соблюдению санитарно-гигиенического режима в помещении; 13. Строго соблюдает морально-правовые нормы профессионального общения с пациентами; 14. Систематически повышает свою квалификацию, сдаёт зачёты, участвует в занятиях по сантехминимуму, проводимых в отделениях 15. Соблюдает правила внутреннего трудового распорядка, противопожарной безопасности, санитарно-эпидемиологического режима; 16. Проходит инструктаж по охране труда и пожарной безопасности 1 раз в шесть месяцев с отметкой в журнале и проверку знаний требований охраны труда не реже 1 раза в три года; 17. Должна знать и выполнять требования инструкции по охране труда для уборщицы служебных помещений 18. Ежегодно проходит периодические медицинские осмотры; 19. Соблюдает Кодекс поведения сотрудников ГБУЗ РКИБ; 20. Соблюдает и не распространяет персональные данные сотрудников; 21. Оперативно принимает меры, включая своевременное информирование руководства, по устранению нарушений техники безопасности, противопожарных и санитарных правил, создающих угрозу деятельности учреждения здравоохранения, его работникам, пациентам и посетителям; 22. Бережно относится к имуществу Работодателя.
