The posting

Диагностика: Проводит обследование пациентов с заболеваниями сердца и сосудов (ИБС, пороки, аневризмы, поражения магистральных артерий, варикозная болезнь и др.), интерпретирует данные ЭхоКГ, коронароангиографии, МСКТ-ангиографии, допплерографии сосудов. Лечение: Определяет показания к оперативному лечению, составляет план предоперационной подготовки. Проводит оперативные вмешательства на сердце и магистральных сосудах (как самостоятельно, так и в составе бригады): аортокоронарное шунтирование, стентирование, протезирование клапанов, хирургия аневризм, каротидная эндартерэктомия, операции при варикозной болезни, тромбэктомия и др. Послеоперационное ведение: Наблюдает пациентов в раннем послеоперационном периоде, проводит интенсивную терапию, назначает антикоагулянтную, антиагрегантную и другую поддерживающую терапию, контролирует заживление ран, предупреждает осложнения (тромбозы, кровотечения, инфекции). Неотложная помощь: Оказывает экстренную хирургическую помощь при расслаивающей аневризме аорты, острой ишемии конечности, тромбоэмболии легочной артерии, перикардите с тампонадой. Консультации: Консультирует пациентов других отделений по вопросам сердечно-сосудистой хирургии. Участвует в консилиумах. Документация: Ведёт истории болезни, операционные журналы, протоколы операций, выписные эпикризы, готовит отчёты. Участвует в экспертизе временной нетрудоспособности и подготовке документов на МСЭ. Руководство: Руководит работой среднего и младшего медицинского персонала (операционные медсёстры, палатные медсёстры), контролирует соблюдение асептики и антисептики. Повышение квалификации: Регулярно повышает квалификацию, осваивает новые эндоваскулярные и малоинвазивные методики.
