The posting

Проведение плановых осмотров: измерение артериального давления, окружности живота, высоты дна матки, аускультация сердцебиения плода. Забор биологического материала для лабораторных исследований (мазки, кровь из вены по назначению врача). Оформление обменной карты и ведение индивидуальной карты беременной. Обучение беременной правилам личной гигиены, технике грудного вскармливания, а также распознаванию тревожных симптомов. Раннее выявление осложнений беременности (отёки, гипертония, кровотечение) и своевременное информирование врача. Наблюдение за роженицей в первом периоде родов: мониторинг схваток, сердцебиения плода (КТГ), динамики раскрытия шейки матки. Ведение родов в головном предлежании под контролем врача или самостоятельно при неосложнённом течении в объёме, установленном должностной инструкцией. Первичный туалет новорождённого и оценка его состояния по шкале Апгар. Прикладывание новорождённого к груди сразу после родов. Оказание неотложной доврачебной помощи при акушерских осложнениях до прихода врача (кровотечение, эклампсия, асфиксия новорождённого). Наблюдение за родильницей в раннем послеродовом периоде: контроль матки, состояния швов, характера выделений. Обучение матери уходу за новорождённым и технике грудного вскармливания. Обработка пуповинного остатка и кожных покровов новорождённого. Ведение медицинской документации установленных форм: история родов, история развития новорождённого, индивидуальная карта беременной. Заполнение оперативных отчётных форм, передача дежурства с записью в журнале. Соблюдение порядка учёта, хранения и использования лекарственных средств, расходных материалов. Ассистирование врачу при некоторых акушерских и гинекологических операциях. Соблюдение санитарно-эпидемиологического режима: правил асептики и антисептики, правильное хранение, обработка и стерилизация инструментов, приборов, перевязочного материала. Сообщение врачу, старшей акушерке, заведующему отделением или дежурному врачу об экстремальных ситуациях в состоянии пациентов, происшествиях в отделении.

иметь среднее профессиональное образование по одной из программ: Специальность Акушерское дело (код 31.02.02) программы подготовки специалистов среднего звена. Специальность Лечебное дело программы подготовки специалистов среднего звена. В этом случае требуется дополнительное профессиональное образование программа профессиональной переподготовки по специальности Акушерское дело . Свидетельство об аккредитации по специальности Акушерское дело . Прохождение обязательных предварительных (при поступлении на работу) и периодических медицинских осмотров (обследований) . Отсутствие ограничений на занятие профессиональной деятельностью .
