Бюджетное планирование: разработка долгосрочных и текущих планов, прогнозных балансов и бюджетов движения денежных средств. Анализ финансово-экономического положения: оценка показателей ликвидности, рентабельности, оборачиваемости, выявление резервов повышения эффективности. Управление денежными потоками: контроль притоков и оттоков, предотвращение кассовых разрывов. Инвестиционная деятельность: оценка эффективности инвестиций (NPV, IRR, срок окупаемости), поиск источников финансирования (кредиты, выпуск ценных бумаг, лизинг). Работа с оборотным капиталом: разработка нормативов, меры по ускорению оборачиваемости. Управление структурой капитала: определение цены капитала, разработка схем финансирования. Отчетность: регулярные управленческие отчеты (о прибылях и убытках, движении денежных средств, EBITDA), панели ключевых показателей эффективности для руководства. Взаимодействие с внешними контрагентами: банками, лизинговыми компаниями и регулирующими органами. Оптимизация затрат: анализ структуры затрат подразделений и предложение мер по их сокращению.

Знание иностранных языков: английский C1 свободное владение, китайский C2 экспертный уровень. Работа в экономической сфере от 5 лет, в том числе от 3 лет на руководящей должности. Знание основ бухгалтерского, налогового и управленческого учета, понимание принципов финансовой отчетности, в том числе в китайских системах. Умение работать с данными и строить финансовые модели, проводить сценарный анализ и оценивать риски. Понимание принципов российского и китайского законодательства, умение сопоставлять законы. Навыки бюджетирования и планирования, работа с платежным календарем, мониторинг дебиторской и кредиторской задолженности. Знание основ кредитования и привлечения инвестиций, понимание структуры капитала
