Обязанности: Консультирование пациентов по платным услугам в ЛРЦ Ока в части санаторно-курортного лечения; Реализация предложений по увеличению объёма внебюджетной деятельности; Продажа санаторно-курортных путевок; Развитие корпоративного сотрудничества и привлечение новых клиентов, расширение клиентской базы; Анализ спроса, загрузки программ и эффективности работы направления; Обработка обращений и заявок, входящих и исходящих звонков; Осуществление телефонных звонков с предложениями о получении санаторно-курортных путевок для потенциальных пациентов; Подбор и продажа санаторно-курортных услуг под запрос пациента, Сопровождение договорной работы с физическими и юридическими лицами; Заключение договоров; Отслеживание оплат по заключённым договорам; Обеспечение качества клиентского сервиса, записи, сопровождения пациентов и информирования об услугах; Взаимодействие с профильными подразделениями Центра по вопросам оказания платных услуг; Участие в разработке и внедрении новых медицинских, оздоровительных и санаторно-курортных программ; Поддержание в актуальном состоянии данных в информационной системе; Наполнение и актуализация сайта ЛРЦ Ока, включая описание программ, услуг, цен, новостей и иной информации; Ведение официальных аккаунтов ЛРЦ Ока в социальных сетях; Подготовка и координация размещения материалов о программах, услугах, акциях и предложениях; Контроль актуальности информации о платных услугах на цифровых площадках; Подготовка отчетной документации по направлению.

высшее образование, начинающий специалист без опыта работы; будет преимуществом опыт работы в сфере платных медицинских услуг, коммерческой медицины, санаторно-курортного или реабилитационного направления; понимание принципов организации платных услуг; развитые коммуникативные навыки (грамотная, четкая речь); понимание базовых принципов продвижения услуг в цифровой среде, ведения социальных сетей и наполнения сайта; высокий уровень активности, ответственность, системность, инициативность, внимательность, желание обучаться и приобретать новые навыки, уверенное владение MS Office.
