Компания: Сеть медицинских центров «МедЭксперт» .Требуется: Руководитель медицинского центра в новый филиал г.Евпатория.Обязанности: Организация и контроль работы администраторов-кассиров, ст. администратора; Адаптация, обучение, контроль работы персонала; Привлечение на работу среднего и младшего мед.персонала, докторов; Соблюдение и контроль кассовой дисциплины, документооборота; Взаимодействие с отделом маркетинга, предложения по эффективным мероприятиям. Организация и контроль работы маркетинговых мероприятий внутри клиники; Формирование системы постоянного обучения администраторов-кассиров клиники; Формирование графика работы и отпусков администраторов на месяц; Контроль правильного оформления документации; Организация и контроль записи пациентов на прием, мониторинг явки; Маршрутизация пациентов Требования: Опыт работы в медицинском центре желателен (будет преимуществом); Опыт работы на руководящей должности; Опыт работы с ККМ и расписанием врачей (желательно); Знания и уверенные навыки управления персоналом: постановка задач, контроль исполнения, мотивация; Уверенный пользователь ПК; Аккуратность и четкость в работе, нацеленность на результат; Структурированность, готовность работать в режиме многозадачности. Условия: График работы: 5/2 с 8.00 до 18:00; Оклад+премия (оклад обсуждается на собеседовании); Комфортные условия работы; Работа в коллективе профессионалов и единомышленников; Специальные цены на медицинское обслуживание для сотрудников.
