Организовывать анализ и поиск инициатив инноваций: - идентификация потребности - поиск решений - оцифровка, согласование, утверждение и защита технического эффекта - подготовка, согласование, утверждение и защита экономического эффекта. Инициировать пилотные проекты инноваций в интересах повышения эффективности экономических показателей предприятия, охраны труда, промышленной безопасности и экологии; Управлять инновационными инициативами и решениями на всех этапах жизненного цикла, а именно: - Управлять содержанием проектов инноваций (требованиями, функциональным и организационным объемами); - Управлять расписанием проектов инноваций (планирование, контроль и регулирование исполнения проекта на всех стадиях жизненного цикла); - Управлять качеством проектов инноваций Контролировать соответствия результатов проекта согласованным требованиям; Организовывать работы по проведению тестирования и испытаний разрабатываемых и внедряемых инноваций. Осуществлять контроль за оформлением необходимой организационной и технической документации; Осуществлять контроль за внедрением программ и программно-аппаратных средств.

На должность главного менеджера назначается лицо, имеющее высшее профессиональное образование, дополнительное образование (курсы, семинары) в сфере управления проектами, стаж работы в промышленных компаниях или компаниях-производителях оборудования, инжиниринговых компаниях от 5 лет, опыт руководства производственными проектами, анализа новых перспективных технологий, внедрения изменений в производственных компаниях (обеспечение приживаемости новых технологий), анализа новых перспективных технологий.
