-Обследование больных и инвалидов с патологией опорно-двигательного аппарата, пришедших на прием в отделение амбулаторного протезирования медицинского отдела, в одном или нескольких по указанию медицинским отделом - кабинетах. - Определение в процессе индивидуальной работы с больными и инвалидами вида необходимых протезно-ортопедических изделий с учетом имеющейся ортопедической патологии, сопутствующих заболеваний, соматического и психологического статуса больного, его пожеланий, а также имеющихся абсолютных и относительных противопоказаний к назначению того или иного изделия. - Заполнение амбулаторной карты с подробным описанием диагноза при первичном протезировании, изменений в местном статусе и трудовом анамнезе при повторном протезировании, обоснованием назначения определенного вида протезно-ортопедического изделия. - Заполнение бланка заказа протезно-ортопедического изделия и ортопедической обуви (разделы Диагноз и Назначение изделия, при необходимости и другие). - Контроль за снятием техником-протезистом гипсовых негативов, качеством изготовления и обработки позитивов, а в сложных случаях непосредственное снятие негативов, изготовление и обработка позитивов. - Систематическое ведение медицинской документации по кабинету отделения амбулаторного протезирования. - Руководство примерками протезно-ортопедических изделий и санкционирование выдачи готовых изделий. - Обслуживание инвалидов на дому, в лечебных учреждениях, домах-интернатах и др. - Проведение санитарно-просветительной работы по вопросам протезирования и ортезирования. - Налаживание контактов с учреждениями здравоохранения, социальной защиты, социального страхования для комплексной реабилитации больных и инвалидов. - По распоряжению заведующего медицинским отделом врач травматолог-ортопед во главе выездной бригады передвижной протезной мастерской обслуживает инвалидов в районах области, руководствуясь Положением о выездной бригаде протезистов филиала Саратовский . - Врач травматолог-ортопед несет полную ответственность за правильную организацию работы выездной бригады.
