Чтение чертежей и технической документации. Сборщик должен понимать схемы, спецификации и маркировку профилей, разбираться в условных обозначениях, размерах, допусках и посадках. Учитывая ваш прошлый интерес к алюминиевому профилю, это особенно важно: разные системы профилей (тёплые/холодные, разные серии) имеют свои нюансы сборки. Разметка и подготовка деталей. По чертежам выполняется разметка профилей, подготовка к дальнейшей обработке. Резка профилей. Работа на торцовочных и отрезных станках (в том числе с ЧПУ) под нужными углами (чаще всего 45 и 90 ) с соблюдением точности размеров. Механическая обработка. Сверление отверстий, фрезеровка пазов, нарезка пазов под фурнитуру и соединительные элементы, зачистка заусенцев и кромок. Сборка узлов и изделий. Соединение элементов с помощью механических креплений (винтов, заклёпок, сухарей, уголков) либо клеевых/сварных технологий в зависимости от технологии производства. Установка уплотнителей, штапиков, фурнитуры. Монтаж резиновых уплотнений, штапиков, петель, ручек, замков и других комплектующих согласно техкарте. Контроль геометрии и качества сборки. Проверка диагоналей, углов, прямолинейности, плотности прилегания элементов, отсутствие перекосов. Работа с крепёжными и соединительными системами. Использование сухарей, закладных пластин, угловых соединителей, торцевых крышек и т. п., характерных для алюминиевых систем. Участие в испытаниях и доводке. При необходимости регулировка створок, подгонка элементов, устранение дефектов (люфтов, неплотностей, скрипов). Соблюдение норм безопасности и порядка на рабочем месте. Работа с электроинструментом и станками, применение СИЗ, содержание оборудования и рабочего места в исправном состоянии.

Работа на производственном оборудовании: торцовочные пилы (в т. ч. двухголовочные), копировально‑фрезерные станки, сверлильные установки, обжимные прессы, пневматический инструмент, заклёпочники. Резка и подготовка профиля: точная резка под углами (45, 90 ), соблюдение размеров, минимизация заусенцев, контроль кромок. Сборка и соединение элементов: работа с сухарями, винтами, уголками, клёпкой; понимание, когда допустимо клеевое соединение или сварка (TIG/MIG) в рамках технологии конкретной системы. Монтаж уплотнителей, штапиков, фурнитуры: правильная установка и контроль прилегания, работа с эластичными материалами, учёт температурных деформаций. Контроль качества и геометрия: проверка диагоналей, углов, прямолинейности, зазоров, плотности притвора; использование рулетки, угольника, уровня, щупов, шаблонов. Регулировка узлов: настройка петель, доводчиков, замков, проверка плавности хода и фиксации створки (актуально для дверей и створок).
