Ваши профессиональные ориентиры: Высшее медицинское образование и действующий сертификат/аккредитация по специальности «Стоматология терапевтическая» или «Стоматология общей практики». Опыт практической работы от 3-х лет. Понимание и принятие междисциплинарного подхода: вы легко и эффективно взаимодействуете с хирургом, ортопедом и гигиенистом. Что вы будете делать: Проводить комплексные консультации, обследование и составлять детализированные планы лечения. Работать исключительно с раббердамом (коффердамом) и оптическим увеличением. Вести строгий Фотопротокол всех этапов лечения. Заниматься эстетической реставрацией (кариесология): применять адгезивные протоколы и работать с композитными материалами, соблюдая анатомию и высочайшие стандарты эстетики. Проводить эндодонтическое лечение на мировом уровне: работа с оптикой, машинная инструментальная обработка, строгий ирригационный протокол, трехмерная обтурация корневого канала и обязательный рентген-контроль на всех этапах. Мы предлагаем: Достойный доход: сдельная оплата труда от 400 000 до вычета налогов. Комфортный график на постоянном, полностью оснащенном рабочем месте. Поддержка релокации: мы активно приветствуем специалистов, готовых переехать в Южно-Сахалинск. Условия релокации, компенсации и адаптации обсуждаются индивидуально с успешным кандидатом. (Вахтовый метод работы не рассматриваем, так как нацелены на долгосрочное партнерство). Развитие: возможность профессионального роста в крепкой команде, обмен опытом и поддержка главного врача. Как мы строим процесс отбора (всего 3 этапа): Мы ценим ваше время, поэтому процесс максимально прозрачен: Знакомство: Вы присылаете резюме и свою фотографию. Профессиональный диалог: Вы направляете презентацию клинических случаев (кейсы). В них должны быть отражены этапы: до, в процессе лечения, после.
