Обеспечивает хозяйственное обслуживание и надлежащее состояние в соответствии с правилами и нормами производственной санитарии, и пожарной безопасности здания и помещений учреждения; Планирует и организует ремонт помещений, зданий, осуществляет контроль за качеством его проведения и приемку выполненных ремонтных работ с оформлением необходимой документации, обеспечивает рациональное использование материальных и финансовых ресурсов; Организует оформление необходимых материалов для заключения договоров на оказание услуг, оборудования и инвентаря, необходимых хозяйственных материалов, продуктов питания, обеспечивает ими учреждение, а также ведение учета их расходования и составления установленной отчетности, принимает участие в составлении смет хозяйственных расходов; Обеспечивает выполнение мероприятий, направленных на безопасное проживание и взаимодействие с окружающей средой; Обеспечивает выполнение противопожарных мероприятий и содержание в исправном состоянии пожарного инвентаря; Организует и проводит лекции по пожарной безопасности и противодействию мошенникам; Организует и проводит тренировочные эвакуации получателям социальных услуг в случае возникновения пожара; Ежедневно предоставляет сведения повару и медсестре по диетпитанию о количестве и ассортименте продуктов, находящихся в наличии на данный момент; Обеспечивает сохранность товарно материальных ценностей по качеству и количеству.

Организовывывать закупки и снабжение: находить поставщиков, вести переговоры, контролировать поставки; Составлять сметы и контролировать расходование средств; Контролировать техническое состояние зданий, помещений, инженерных систем (отопление, вентиляция, лифты); Вести документооборот: оформлять договоры, акты, отчёты; Применять принципы бережливого производства.
