проектов правовых актов Министерства, а также проектов правовых актов, поступающих в управление; 2) осуществлять подготовку заключений о соответствии федеральному и областному законодательству, правилам юридической техники проектов правовых актов, поступающих на рассмотрение в Министерство финансов Омской области (далее Министерство); 3) осуществлять подготовку проектов федеральных и областных законов, правовых актов Губернатора Омской области, Правительства Омской области, приказов и распоряжений Министерства, договоров и соглашений, заключаемых Министерством, их визирование в качестве юриста или исполнителя; 4) участвовать в разработке проектов правовых актов, подготовленных структурными подразделениями Министерства; 5) участвовать в разработке предложений по совершенствованию правового регулирования в сфере бюджетного процесса и межбюджетных отношений в Омской области; 6) осуществлять взаимодействие с органами государственной власти, органами местного самоуправления, иными структурными подразделениями Министерства при подготовке проектов правовых актов https://gossluzhba.gov.ru/vacancy/d2e5a7bd-562b-4ba5-af72-8819d8a3d6b0

1) знание основных направлений и приоритетов государственной политики в следующих сферах: процессуального законодательства и судоустройства, законодательства об административных правонарушениях и административной ответственности, антикоррупционного законодательства и организации антикоррупционной экспертизы, гражданского законодательства, законодательства о труде, взаимодействия с судебной системой, развития законодательства; 2) знание судебной практики Конституционного Суда Российской Федерации, Верховного Суда Российской Федерации в сфере процессуального законодательства и судоустройства, законодательства об административных правонарушениях и административной ответственности, антикоррупционного законодательства и организации антикоррупционной экспертизы, гражданского законодательства, законодательства о труде, взаимодействия с судебной системой, развития законодательства; 3) знание порядка подготовки, согласования, рассмотрения и представления проектов правовых актов Омской области; 4) знание основ государственного и муниципального управления; 5) знание правил юридической техники; 6) знание основ государственного устройства и управления 7) знание основных принципов обеспечения единства правового пространства Российской Федерации
