Обязанности бухгалтера (по расчету с контрагентами: 265 - покупатели, 50 - контрагенты): Оформление документов и их отправка контрагентам; Начисление налогов, связанных с реализацией, в том числе — ведение книги продаж; Контроль дебиторской и кредиторской задолженностей; Сверка расчетов с покупателями, участие в инвентаризации расчетов; Подготовка сводной информации по своему участку для формирования отчетности; Отражение сведений о реализации в бухучете. Ведение расчетов с покупателями: Контролирует поступление оплат, проводит их в учетной системе; Формирует счета, акты и иные документы для покупателей; Ведет претензионную работу по дебиторской задолженности: уведомления, согласование расхождений, подготовка сверок. Проведение сверок и контроль взаиморасчетов: Формирует и направляет контрагентам акты сверки; Анализирует расхождения, инициирует корректировки и уточнения; Обеспечивает актуальность данных по задолженности и авансам; Готовит для руководства отчеты о состоянии взаиморасчетов по установленной форме и в установленные сроки. Работа с первичной документацией: Проверяет оформление первичных документов на предмет соответствия законодательству РФ и внутренним регламентам организации; Участвует в подготовке и обработке договоров, дополнительных соглашений и закрывающих документов; Контролирует наличие полного пакета документов по каждой хозяйственной операции. Закрытие периода и составление отчетности: Проводит анализ дебиторской и кредиторской задолженности на конец периода для своевременного выявления просрочек и корректного отражения платежей в учете; Готовит необходимые данные для бухгалтерской и налоговой отчетности и предоставляет их ответственному лицу. Условия: Работа в офисе, график работы 5/2; Оформление в соответствии с трудовым законодательством РФ; Дружный коллектив. Офис в шаговой доступности от м. Пролетарская, м. Крестьянская застава.

Высшее профессиональное образование в области бухгалтерии (бух.учет, анализ, аудит); Стаж не менее 3 лет в должности бухгалтера (непрерывный); Опытный пользователь ПК; знание программ 1С ЗУП 8.3; Предприятие 8.2, знание программ Word, Excel, Сбис, Контур.
