Фотография рабочего дня (ФРД): Проведение непосредственных замеров времени выполнения производственных операций на участках деревообработки (раскрой, сушка, калибровка, сборка, упаковка). Фиксация микропауз, простоев оборудования по организационным и техническим причинам, перемещений персонала. Анализ структуры рабочего времени операторов станков и линий, выявление потерь. Аналитика данных по затратам: Сбор, обработка и консолидация больших массивов данных о прямых и косвенных затратах производства (сырье, материалы, ФОТ, амортизация, энергопотребление). Расчет фактической себестоимости продукции по видам изделий и заказам в разрезе статей калькуляции. Нормирование и планирование: Разработка, актуализация и внедрение технически обоснованных норм времени и выработки. Формирование бюджетов производственных расходов (OPEX), участие в защите бюджета перед руководством. Оптимизация: Выявление неэффективных технологических операций и зон необоснованного роста затрат. Подготовка предложений по оптимизации численности персонала, изменению логистики внутри цеха и модернизации рабочих мест. Отчетность: Визуализация данных: построение дашбордов и графиков динамики производительности и себестоимости. Подготовка регулярных аналитических записок и факторного анализа отклонений план-факт для коммерческого и генерального директоров.

Высшее образование: экономическое, инженерно-экономическое или технологическое (деревообработка, лесотехническое будет преимуществом). Опыт работы экономистом на производственном предприятии от 2-х лет. Продвинутый пользователь MS Excel Уверенная работа в 1С Понимание специфики деревообрабатывающей отрасли (особенности расхода сырья, припуски, усушка, специфика брака) станет серьезным конкурентным преимуществом.
