В пределах своей компетенции разрабатывать и осуществлять мероприятия по практической реализации государственной политики в области охраны труда. Разрабатывать и сопровождать муниципальные правовые акты района по вопросам охраны труда. Взаимодействовать, оказывать методическую помощь службам охраны труда в организациях на территории района. Организовывать сбор и обработку информации о состоянии условий и охраны труда у работодателей, осуществляющих деятельность на территории района. Участвовать в порядке, установленном Трудовым кодексом Российской Федерации, в расследовании несчастных случаев (в том числе групповых), в результате которых один или несколько пострадавших получили тяжелые повреждения здоровья, либо несчастных случаев (в том числе групповых) со смертельным исходом, произошедших на территории района. Проводить мониторинг и анализ состояния условий и охраны труда, причин несчастных случаев на производстве и профессиональной заболеваемости в организациях района. Разрабатывать основные направления по улучшению условий и охраны труда в организациях района, профилактики производственного травматизма и профессиональной заболеваемости, участвовать в их реализации. Содействовать обязательному социальному страхованию от несчастных случаев на производстве и профессиональных заболеваний всех работников организаций, работающих по трудовым договорам. Обеспечивать деятельность межведомственной комиссии по охране труда Охотского муниципального района Хабаровского края, подготавливать материалы, доклады по компетенции отдела. Участвовать в координации проведения на территории района в порядке, установленном уполномоченным Правительством Российской Федерации федеральным органом исполнительной власти, обучения по охране труда работников, в том числе руководителей организаций, а также работодателей индивидуальных предпринимателей, проверки знания ими требований охраны труда, а также проведения обучения оказанию первой помощи пострадавшим на производстве.

Без предъявления требований к стажу работы по специальности, направлению подготовки. Служебное жилье не предоставляется.
