Обязанности: Управление мостовыми и козловыми кранами грузоподъёмностью до 100т и выше, оснащенными различными грузозахватными приспособлениями, при выполнении работ по погрузке, разгрузке, перегрузке и транспортировке грузов. Перед выполнением работ по транспортировке: - осмотр механизмов крана, их креплений и тормозов, а также ходовой части, электродвигателей в доступных местах, панели управления, защитного заземления. - проверка состояния канатов и их крепления; - осмотр крюка, его крепления в обойме и замыкающего устройства на нем; - осмотр крановых путей ПС; - проверка путем осмотра и опробования аппаратуры систем управления крана. Работы выполняются на улице (железнодорожный цех)

Отсутствие медицинских противопоказаний к работе на высоте! Образование и опыт работы: среднее профессиональное образование по направлению "управление кранами" и о пыт работы на производстве в качестве машиниста крана не менее 3 лет в качестве машинистов кранов 5-6 разряда или среднее общее образование и дополнительное обучение по профессии и опыт работы в качестве машиниста крана не менее 5 лет в качестве машинистов кранов 5-6 разряда ДОЛЖЕН ЗНАТЬ: Способы транспортировки тяжеловесных и крупногабаритных конструкций и оборудования. Виды грузов и безопасные способы их строповки и зацепки. Способы укладки, упаковки и штабелирования грузов. Правила подбора тросов, цепей, канатов и специальных приспособлений в зависимости от веса, габаритов и конфигурации груза. Назначение и устройство грузозахватных механизмов, стальных канатов, съемных грузозахватных приспособлений и тары, нормы их браковки. Техническую и эксплуатационную документацию на обслуживаемые краны. Назначение, устройство, принципы действия, технические характеристики, предельную грузоподъемность, конструктивные особенности, правила эксплуатации обслуживаемых кранов.
