Руководоство учебным отделом, реализующим программы дополнительного образования детей (театр, хореография, фольклор, спортивные бальные танцы). Осуществляет руководство творческо-производственной и учебно-воспитательной деятельностью отдела, обеспечивая выполнение задач, определенных положением о структурном подразделении. Организует планирование деятельности отдела, составляет расписание занятий, учебные планы и программы развития. Осуществляет подбор, расстановку и целесообразное использование педагогических кадров отдела, распределяет учебную нагрузку. Контролирует качество образовательного процесса, проводит методическую поддержку педагогов (семинары, мастер-классы, консультации). Организует работу по повышению квалификации работников отдела. Обеспечивает подготовку и своевременное представление необходимой отчетности (рабочие программы, журналы, отчеты для директора и контролирующих органов). Участвует в организации и проведении массовых мероприятий, концертов, спектаклей, фестивалей и конкурсов с участием творческих коллективов отдела. Обеспечивает соблюдение норм охраны труда, техники безопасности, пожарной безопасности и требований СанПиН. Вносит предложения о поощрении и наложении взысканий на работников подразделения, организует учет их рабочего времени. Координирует взаимодействие с другими структурными подразделениями учреждения и внешними организациями по профилю деятельности

Опыт руководящей работы в сфере образования, культуры или дополнительного образования детей приветствуется. Профессиональные знания и навыки: Знание законодательных и нормативных правовых актов РФ в сфере образования. Понимание методик дополнительного образования детей, умение разрабатывать и утверждать дополнительные общеобразовательные программы. Навыки планирования, организации и контроля учебно-воспитательного процесса. Владение ПК (офисные программы, электронные системы, ведение страниц на сайте и в соцсетях). Навыки делового общения и ведения переговоров, умение работать с родителями (законными представителями). Дополнительные требования: - Готовность к работе в режиме ненормированного рабочего дня (проведение вечерних мероприятий, репетиций, выступлений в выходные дни). - Активная жизненная позиция, творческий подход к работе. Для трудоустройства требуется: - справка об отсутствии судимости; - справка из противотуберкулезного диспансера; - ФЛГ за текущий год: - наличие прививок от дифтерии, гепатита В, кори или оформленного медицинского отвода по показаниям; - прохождение психиатрического освидетельствования и медицинского осмотра по направлению работодателя.
