Регистрация пациентов, обратившихся в медицинскую организацию для получения услуг. Информационно-справочное сопровождение пациентов: предоставление информации о режиме работы регистратуры, медицинских служб и специалистов, порядке записи на приём, правилах вызова врача на дом и других актуальных вопросах. Взаимодействие с персоналом медицинской организации, родственниками (законными представителями), медицинскими и социальными службами, другими организациями в интересах пациента . Получение и регистрация медицинской информации о пациентах, обратившихся в медицинскую организацию (лично или по телефону). Регистрация вызова врача к пациенту по месту жительства (пребывания) и своевременная передача информации врачам . Предварительная запись пациентов на амбулаторные приёмы врача и консультативные приёмы специалистов, в том числе в автоматизированном режиме. Внесение сведений и формирование базы данных о пациентах . Проведение сверки данных с документами, удостоверяющими личность пациента . Заполнение паспортной части медицинской карты пациента на основании предъявленных документов (паспорт, страховой медицинский полис, документы о льготах и другие). Заполнение статистического талона на амбулаторный приём к врачу на основании предъявленных документов. Обеспечение хранения медицинских амбулаторных карт в регистратуре в соответствии с принятой системой хранения. Распределение амбулаторных карт по группам учёта (по территориально-участковому принципу, по электронным номерам). Ввод, хранение и получение информации в электронной базе данных . Заполнение форм учёта и отчётности на бумажном и/или электронном носителе в установленном порядке. Обеспечение подбора и доставки медицинских карт в кабинет врачебного приёма . Подтверждение штампом и печатями медицинской организации документов, оформленных врачами и выданных пациентам на консультативных приёмах. Рациональная организация рабочего пространства в регистратуре . Установление профессионального контакта, в том числе с пациентами с когнитивными нарушениями, нарушениями речи, зрения, слуха. Разъяснение пациенту порядка обращения по наиболее актуальным вопросам медико-социальной помощи. Соблюдение конфиденциальности информации о пациентах . Соблюдение правил внутреннего трудового распорядка, правил охраны труда и техники безопасности .
