Оказание медицинской помощи и диагностика Проводит обследование пациентов: собирает жалобы и анамнез, выполняет физикальный и функциональный осмотр, оценивает состояние здоровья. На основе данных формулирует предварительный диагноз. Составляет план обследования и направляет пациента на нужные процедуры или к узким специалистам (терапевт, педиатр, хирург и др.). Оказывает первую и доврачебную помощь при острых заболеваниях, несчастных случаях, отравлениях, травмах. Проводит базовую сердечно-лёгочную реанимацию. При физиологической беременности проводит осмотр и направляет на пренатальный скрининг. Выявляет состояния, требующие неотложной помощи 2. Лечение и реабилитация Назначает и проводит лечение при неосложнённых острых и хронических заболеваниях, травмах, отравлениях. По назначению врача проводит мероприятия по медицинской реабилитации, в том числе в рамках индивидуальных программ. Осуществляет динамическое наблюдение за пациентом при высоком риске хронических заболеваний или при хронических состояниях (без угрозы жизни). 3. Профилактика и санитарно-просветительская работа Проводит мероприятия по профилактике инфекционных и неинфекционных заболеваний, пропагандирует здоровый образ жизни. Организует и проводит диспансеризацию населения, прикреплённого к участку, в том числе детей-сирот. Проводит иммунизацию населения в соответствии с национальным календарём прививок. Под руководством врача реализует комплекс профилактических, противоэпидемических и санитарно-гигиенических мероприятий для снижения заболеваемости. Выявляет факторы риска (курение, избыточное потребление алкоголя, употребление психоактивных веществ) и проводит коррекцию факторов риска. Проводит санитарно-просветительскую работу среди пациентов, их родственников, а также в организованных коллективах (школы, детские сады). 4. Организационные и административные задачи Ведёт медицинскую документацию, в том числе в электронном виде. Составляет план работы и отчёт о своей деятельности. Учитывает прикреплённое население фельдшерского участка, формирует его паспорт . Анализирует медико-статистические показатели заболеваемости, инвалидности и смертности для оценки здоровья участка. Контролирует работу находящегося в его распоряжении медицинского персонала. Обеспечивает внутренний контроль качества и безопасности медицинской деятельности. При необходимости организует транспортировку пациента (в том числе медицинскую эвакуацию рожениц в родильное отделение). При возложении на фельдшера отдельных функций лечащего врача отпускает и применяет лекарственные препараты (включая наркотические и психотропные).

Основные требования закреплены в профессиональном стандарте Фельдшер, утверждённом приказом Минтруда России от 31 июля 2020 года №470н.
