Диагностика и наладка: Проверка технического состояния линий ламинирования перед запуском (механизмы, узлы, датчики). Настройка параметров линии ламинирования под конкретный вид продукции (температура, скорость, давление валов). Диагностика сбоев в работе автоматики, электроники и пневматики, выявление причин брака ламинирования (пузыри, непроклей, морщины). Операционное управление: Установка рулонов ламинирующего и ламинируемого материалов, заправка полотна. Запуск производственной линии и управление процессом ламинирования. Контроль нормального течения технологического процесса Работа с программами: Загрузка, корректировка или написание управляющих программ (УП)

Среднее профессиональное (техническое) образование. Опыт работы оператором или наладчиком с ЧПУ линий ламинирования от 1 года. Чтение технической документации: Понимание чертежей, технологических карт, схем оборудования линий ламинирования Настройка оборудования: Установка и юстировка валов, прижимных роликов, настройка температурных режимов, скорости подачи, давления, клеенаносящих узлов на линиях ламинирования. Работа с ЧПУ: Умение запускать управляющие программы (УП), корректировать их, заменять программоносители, выполнять переключения в системе ЧПУ. Знание технологического процесса: Понимание принципов работы с клеями-расплавами (EVA, PUR), работы с ламинационными пленками (ПВХ, финиш-пленки, шпон). Техническое обслуживание: Навыки проведения текущего ремонта, смазки, замены изношенных частей, устранения неисправностей на линиях ламирования. Знаний английского/немецкого языков будет являться преимуществом
