Осуществлять подготовку проектов постановлений, распоряжений, администрации района, решений районной Думы, связанных с муниципальным имуществом и земельными участками. Вести прием граждан и юридических лиц по юридическим вопросам, связанным с распоряжением, владением, пользованием муниципального имущества. Осуществлять проверку комплекта конкурсных документов для проведения аукционов, конкурсов по продаже и сдаче в аренду муниципального имущества, земельных участков на соответствие разработанного комплекта требованиям действующего законодательства. Осуществлять контроль за своевременным внесением изменений, в соответствии с действующим законодательством, нормативно-правовых документов, необходимых для обеспечения деятельности отдела. Своевременно подготавливать и актуализировать сведения по земельно-имущественным отношениям на информационном сайте органа местного самоуправления Котельничский муниципальный район Кировской области в сети Интернет http://kotelnich-msu.ru/. Осуществлять контроль за плательщиками арендной платы муниципального имущества и земельных участков. Обеспечивать своевременное предъявление претензий и исков к выявленным неплательщикам. и др.
