оказывать первичную медико-профилактическую помощь населению, участвовать в организации и проведении диспансеризации, в том числе: осуществлять проведение медицинских осмотров (профилактических, предварительных, периодических) осуществлять диспансерное наблюдения за состоянием здоровья лиц, страдающих хроническими заболеваниями направлять пациента на лабораторные и инструментальные обследования осуществлять организацию и проведение школ здоровья вести работу с медицинской документацией осуществлять подготовку списков для диспансеризации населения организовывать и проводить мероприятия по санитарно-гигиеническому просвещения населения осуществлять ведение персонального учета информационной (компьютерной) базы данных состояния здоровья обслуживаемого населения организовывать и проводить мероприятия по пропаганде ЗОЖ получать результаты лабораторных и других исследований пациентов и вносить сведения в медицинскую документацию осуществлять контроль и вести учет ежегодной диспансеризации населения вести учет обслуживаемого населения и заполнение на его основе учетной документации по диспансеризации вести централизованный учет контрольных карт диспансерного наблюдения, рассылать приглашения больным на посещение врача, контролировать их явку осуществлять текущую разноску данных из медицинских карт амбулаторного больного о проведенных диспансерных обследованиях и исследованиях в карты учета диспансеризации; подготавливать данные по основным отчетным показателям проведения диспансеризации населения за определенный период. взаимодействовать с участковой службой, регистратурой и другими структурными подразделениями поликлиники (отделений, амбулаторий) по вопросам учета ежегодной диспансеризации всего населения и профилактических осмотров. подготавливать и передавать врачам-специалистам медицинскую документацию на больных и лиц с повышенным риском заболевания, выявленных в результате медицинских осмотров, для дополнительного обследования, диспансерного наблюдения и лечения.
