контролировать соблюдение требований охраны труда на строительных объектах: проводить обходы, выявлять нарушения, фиксировать замечания и отслеживать их устранение; разрабатывать и актуализировать инструкции, положения, программы инструктажей и другие документы системы управления охраной труда; проводить вводный инструктаж, контролировать своевременность и правильность проведения инструктажей на рабочих местах; организовывать обучение и проверку знаний требований охраны труда, вести учёт; проверять наличие необходимых документов для допуска сотрудников к работам, включая обучение, медицинские осмотры и оформление нарядов-допусков в предусмотренных случаях; контролировать обеспеченность работников средствами индивидуальной защиты и правильность их применения; участвовать в оценке профессиональных рисков, организации специальной оценки условий труда и разработке мероприятий по улучшению безопасности; взаимодействовать с руководителями участков, производителями работ и субподрядными организациями по вопросам безопасного выполнения работ; участвовать в расследовании несчастных случаев и разборе опасных ситуаций, готовить документы и предложения по предупреждению повторных случаев; готовить отчётность, участвовать в проверках заказчика и контролирующих органов, сопровождать устранение замечаний.

профильное высшее образование в области охраны труда или техносферной безопасности либо другое высшее образование и профессиональная переподготовка в области охраны труда; практический опыт работы специалистом по охране труда на строительных объектах; знание действующих требований охраны труда в строительстве и порядка организации обучения, инструктажей и допуска к работам; опыт ведения документации по охране труда и проведения проверок на строительных площадках; понимание рисков при земляных, монтажных, высотных и погрузочно-разгрузочных работах; умение понятно объяснять требования работникам и руководителям, аргументированно обсуждать нарушения и контролировать выполнение мероприятий; уверенная работа в Word и Excel; готовность к командировке в г.Луганск. Будет преимуществом: Опыт работы на строительстве линейных объектов и наружных инженерных сетей. Опыт сопровождения работ на объектах газоснабжения, котельных, очистных сооружениях или насосных станциях. Опыт взаимодействия с несколькими подрядными организациями на одной строительной площадке.
