Обязанности: Составление бюджета компании и осуществление контроля за исполнением бюджета подразделений; План-факт выполнения бюджета; Подготовка и защита бюджета на 1 год; Расчет и утверждение тарифа по сбору и транспортированию ТКО; Защита расходной части по услугам регионального оператора по обращению с ТКО в Министерстве тарифной политики; Формирование управленческой отчетности по подразделениям компании; Формирование плана финансово-хозяйственной деятельности предприятия; Проведение финансового анализа и осуществление контроля экономической эффективности компании; Ведение учета и контроля дебиторской и кредиторской задолженности по операторам, анализ дебиторской задолженности, отчет по рентабельности договоров; Участие в проектах по автоматизации процесса бюджетирования и управленческой отчетности; Составление статистической и консолидированной отчетности Подготовка отчетности для порталов ЖКХ: ГИС ЖКХ, отчетность в системе ЕИАС, статистику; Ценообразование платных услуг; Анализ цен поставщиков услуг; Расчет и составление смет затрат, калькуляций; Подготовка периодичных отчетов предусмотренных в организации и контролирующих органах; Подготовка различной информации (данных) отчетов по требованию руководства.

Требования: Образование высшее экономическое; Желательно опыт работы в ЖКХ (управляющей организации) не менее года; Навык самостоятельной полной работы с тарифом; Опыт работы в базе 1С 8.3, 8.2, Excel - продвинутый пользователь (сводные таблицы, построение диаграмм).
