Медицинская сестра обязана: Обеспечивать инфекционную безопасность (отслеживает соблюдение санитарно гигиенического и противоэпидемического режима в Учреждении). (Приложение1) Проводить ежедневный обход по группам, в целях выявления заболеваемости несовершеннолетних. Заполняет лист наблюдения. Проводить ежедневно обход по группам, в целях выявления нарушений санитарного состояния групп. В случае выявления заболеваемости несовершеннолетних, сообщать заведующему отделения и при необходимости организовывать консультацию врача специалиста. Ежедневно предоставлять заведующему докладную по Учреждению на предмет санитарного состояния групп; осмотр несовершеннолетних в отделении социальной реабилитации. Не реже 2-х раз в месяц предоставлять заведующему стационарным отделением приема и диагностики несовершеннолетних докладную на предмет противоэпидемического и санитарно гигиенического режима в Учреждении. При поступлении несовершеннолетних в учреждение проводить осмотр, составлять протокол осмотра, действовать по алгоритму действий медицинской сестры при поступлении несовершеннолетних в учреждение. (Приложение3) Оформлять медицинскую документацию на несовершеннолетних, поступивших в Учреждение на стационарную форму обслуживания. Проходить медицинское обследование с несовершеннолетними, находящимися на стационарной форме обслуживания в Учреждении. Выполнять по назначению врача профилактические процедуры, назначения. Оказывать неотложную доврачебную помощь в несчастных случаях и/или различных видах катастроф с последующим вызовом врача к пострадавшему или направлением его в ближайшее лечебно профилактическое учреждение. Обеспечивать учёт лекарственных препаратов, сроков годности, правильное хранение, и соблюдение правил приёма лекарств несовершеннолетними. Заполняет список со сроком хранения лекарственных препаратов. Сопровождать несовершеннолетних в медицинские организации и в другие государственные учреждения. Сопровождать несовершеннолетних на консультацию, на стационарное лечение по показаниям, на санаторно-курортное лечение. Ежедневно составлять заявку на меню-требование согласно 14 дневному меню-требованию. Контролирует расход продуктов 1 раз в 10-15 дней, составляет ежемесячный отчет по питанию. Осуществлять бракераж готовой пищи (снятие проб)

Среднее профессиональное образование по специальности "Лечебное дело", "Акушерское дело", "Сестринское дело" и сертификат специалиста по специальности Сестринское дело в педиатрии", без предъявления требований к стажу работы.
