Высшее профессиональное (юридическое) образование, дополнительное профессиональное образование (повышение квалификации или переподготовка) в сфере закупок (требование ст. 38 Закона № 44-ФЗ). Стаж по профессии от 3 лет.

Руководит правовой работой в учреждении, предоставляет правовую помощь ее структурным подразделениям, в оформлении правовых документов. Участвует в разработке обоснованных ответов при отклонении претензий. Разрабатывает правовые документы учреждения. Оформляет документы о привлечении сотрудников к материальным, дисциплинарным взысканиям. Участвует в разработке условий и заключении договоров, отраслевых тарифных соглашений, их правовой экспертизе, изучении вопросов дебиторской и кредиторской задолженности. Контролирует сроки направления документов, расчетов, пояснений, иных установленных материалов. Подготавливает предложения об изменении, оглашении приказов, иных нормативных актов учреждения. Анализирует и обобщает результаты рассмотрения претензионных и судебных дел общей и специальной юрисдикции, а также изучает практику заключения и исполнения договоров (контрактов) с целью разработки соответствующих предложений об устранении выявленных недостатков и улучшения хозяйственно-финансовой деятельности Учреждения. Изучает, обобщает, анализирует результаты рассмотрения судебных, арбитражных дел, претензий. Осуществляет подготовку претензионно-исковых документов, ведет установленную отчетность по претензионно-исковой деятельности Учреждения. Контролирует своевременность представления справок, ходатайств, объяснений и других материалов для подготовки ответов на жалобы и претензии, исковые заявления. Производит оформление, ведение дел в судах общей и специальной юрисдикции по доверенности от Учреждения, осуществлять их учет и хранение. Выполняет функции контрактного управляющего в соответствии с Федеральным законом от 5 апреля 2013 г. № 44-ФЗ "О контрактной системе в сфере закупок товаров, работ, услуг для обеспечения государственных и муниципальных нужд".
