Осуществление ремонтов электрооборудования, электроустановок, такелажные работы по погрузке, выгрузке электрооборудования, работы с применением электроинструмента, проверка состояния деталей и узлов электрооборудования, прокладку, монтаж электропроводки и кабелей монтаж вводных щитов, сборок, электромонтажные и наладочные работы по чертежам и схемам, выявление и устранение отказов, неисправностей электроустановок и электрооборудования, наладка схем и устранение дефектов в устройствах дистанционного управления, автоматического включения резерва, измерений и сигнализации, защит электроустановок и электрооборудования.

Среднее общее образование и профессиональное обучение на электромонтера по ремонту и обслуживанию электрооборудования или среднее профессиональное образование по профилю. Опыт работы не менее двух лет слесарем-электриком цеховым или электромонтером по ремонту и обслуживанию электрооборудования для прошедших профессиональное обучение. Без требований к опыту практической работы при наличии среднего профессионального образования. Знание ПУЭ, ПТЭЭП, ПОТ ПУ, порядок работы с электрооборудованием.
