The posting

- Осуществлять приём документов для назначения ежемесячной денежной компенсации и субсидии на оплату жилищно-коммунальных услуг, для назначения ежегодной денежной выплаты ветеранам боевых действий, постоянно проживающим на территории Новооскольского муниципального округа, производить сверку документов и на основании этой сверки заверять копии документов; - Осуществлять формирование и направление межведомственных запросов о предоставлении документов (информации), необходимых для предоставления ЕДК и субсидии, ежегодной денежной выплаты ветеранам боевых действий в государственные органы и иные органы, участвующие в предоставлении государственных услуг; - Устанавливать право заявителя на назначение ЕДК и субсидии на оплату ЖКУ, ежегодной денежной выплаты ветеранам боевых действий и готовить проекты решений о назначении/отказе в назначении ЕДК, субсидии, ежегодной денежной выплаты ветеранам боевых действий; - Формировать личные дела получателей ЕДК, субсидии, ежегодной денежной выплаты ветеранам боевых действий; - Производить индивидуальный расчет размера ЕДК, субсидии; - Осуществлять назначение и выплату единовременной компенсации расходов по оплате за коммунальные услуги, носящие разовый характер; - Осуществлять приостановление предоставления ЕДК и субсидии или прекращение предоставления ЕДК и субсидии.

Главный специалист отдела организации предоставления ежемесячной денежной компенсации и субсидии на оплату жилищно-коммунальных услуг должен обладать следующими базовыми умениями: 1) работать на компьютере, в том числе в сети Интернет; 2) работать в информационно-правовых системах; 3) эффективно планировать работу и контролировать ее выполнение; 4) взаимодействовать с представителями государственных органов, органов местного самоуправления, организаций; 5) соблюдать этику делового общения при взаимодействии с гражданами.
