Своевременная подготовка складских помещений к приему товаров 3.2. Проверка принимаемых на склад и отпускаемых со склада ценностей на соответствие их товарно-сопроводительным документам по количеству, ассортименту, качеству, комплектности, а также по иным характеристикам, в зависимости от конкретных ценностей. 3.3. Обеспечивает сохранность складируемых товарно-материальных ценностей, соблюдение режимов хранения, ведение учета складских операций. 3.4. Ведение необходимой складской и иной документации. 3.5. Обеспечивает соблюдение правил оформления и сдачи приходно-расходных документов, составление установленной отчетности. 3.6. Организует проведение отпуска, приема товарно-материальных ценностей, погрузочно-разгрузочных работ на складе с соблюдением правил охраны труда, техники безопасности, производственной санитарии и пожарной защиты; сбор, хранение и своевременный возврат поставщикам оборотной тары. 3.7. Ведение складского хозяйства, поддержание складских помещений, складского оборудования, инструментов и инвентаря в надлежащем и работоспособном состоянии. 3.8. Следит за наличием и исправностью противопожарных средств, состоянием помещений, оборудования и инвентаря на складе и обеспечивает их своевременный ремонт.

Образование - среднее профессиональное. 2.1.2. Стаж работы - не менее 1,5 лет. 2.2. Заведующий складом должен знать: 2.2.1. Законы и иные нормативные правовые акты Российской Федерации, методические и нормативные документы по организации складского хозяйства, по учету товарно-материальных ценностей. 2.2.2. Законодательство, организационно-распорядительные документы вышестоящих организаций, касающиеся складского хозяйства. 2.2.3. Организацию и правила ведения складского хозяйства. 2.2.4. Правила учета товарно-материальных и иных ценностей, и товарно-сопроводительными документами. 2.2.5. Условия приема, хранения, отпуска складируемых товарно-материальных ценностей, правила отбора и комплектования партий различных ценностей по технологическим документам.
