Некоторые обязанности ЛОР-врача: Проведение диагностики заболеваний ЛОР-органов. Специалист осматривает уши, нос, глотку и гортань с помощью специальных инструментов и оборудования, выявляет воспаления, новообразования, анатомические особенности. Назначение и интерпретация дополнительных исследований. ЛОР-врач направляет пациентов на рентген, КТ, аудиометрию, мазки и лабораторные анализы для уточнения диагноза. Лечение острых и хронических заболеваний. Специалист назначает медикаментозную терапию при отите, синусите, тонзиллите, фарингите, ларингите и других ЛОР-патологиях. Проведение амбулаторных процедур. ЛОР-врач выполняет промывания, удаляет серные пробки, проводит пункции пазух, обрабатывает миндалины, проводит лазерные и физиотерапевтические манипуляции. Хирургическое вмешательство при необходимости. Специалист проводит операции на миндалинах, перегородке носа, аденоидах, полипах, слуховых косточках и других структурах ЛОР-органов. Восстановление нарушенных функций. ЛОР-врач помогает пациентам восстановить слух, обоняние, нормальное дыхание и голосовую функцию. Лечение детских ЛОР-заболеваний. Специалист работает с маленькими пациентами с учётом возрастных особенностей строения и реакции организма. Профилактика осложнений и рецидивов. ЛОР-врач контролирует динамику лечения, даёт рекомендации по образу жизни, гигиене, закаливанию и укреплению иммунитета. Консультирование пациентов. Специалист объясняет диагноз, план лечения, возможные риски и необходимость соблюдения режима терапии. Ведение медицинской документации. ЛОР-врач фиксирует результаты осмотров, процедур и лечения, оформляет справки, направления и заключения. Высшее медицинское образование, прошедшее послевузовскую подготовку или специализацию по специальности « отоларинголог ». Аккредитация по специальности.
