Специалист по социальной работе 2.1. Принимает участие в выполнении возложенных на отделение социальной помощи на дому задач. 2.2. Обнаруживает одиноких нетрудоспособных граждан, которые живут в зоне обслуживания, и тех, которые нуждаются в социальной поддержке. 2.3. На основании личного заявления гражданина, карты медицинского освидетельствования, акта обследования материально-бытовых условий проживания одинокого нетрудоспособного гражданина определяет характер и объем обслуживания, которого он требует. 2.4. Оказывает помощь при оформлении документов для принятия на обслуживание нестационарными и стационарными учреждениями органов социальной защиты населения для опеки и попечительства, на получение материальных и натуральных видов помощи, льгот и преимуществ. 2.5. Способствует госпитализации в лечебные учреждения. 2.6. Поддерживает связи с трудовыми коллективами, где ранее работали граждане, которые нуждаются в помощи, ветеранскими организациями, благотворительными фондами, другими общественными организациями с целью оказания помощи гражданам пожилого возраста и инвалидам. 2.7. Предоставляет необходимые консультации по социальным вопросам. 2.8. Оказывает помощь при решении вопросов, которые связаны с организацией предоставления социальных услуг тем, кто в ней нуждается, в том числе в виде ремонта жилья, обеспечение топливом, одеждой, бесплатным питанием. 2.9. Контролирует своевременное, полное и качественное выполнение услуг предприятиями, учреждениями, учреждениями, организациями и т.д., выполняющих услуги по заказу или обращением одиноких граждан. 2.10. Своевременно информирует медицинское учреждение, начальника отделения социальной помощи об изменениях в состоянии здоровье одиноких нетрудоспособных граждан для предоставления необходимой помощи, внесение изменений в периодичность обслуживания или организации стационарного лечения или устройство на постоянное место жительства в дом-интернат) (пансионата) по профилю заболевания. 2.11. Анализирует состояние материально-бытового обеспечения и в случае необходимости способствует его улучшению в установленном действующим законодательством порядке. 2.12. Совместно с предприятиями жилищно-коммунального хозяйства, местными органами государственной власти, организует захоронения умерших одиноких граждан, которые им обслуживались. 2.13. Ежемесячно составляет по установленной форме отчет о проделанной работе. 2.14. Своевременно и точно выполняет распоряжения, указания и отдельные поручения своих руководителей. 2.15. Соблюдает правил охраны труда и противопожарной защиты. 2.16. Знает, понимает и применяет действующие нормативные документы, касающиеся его деятельности. 2.17. Знает и выполняет требования нормативных актов об охране труда и окружающей среды, соблюдает нормы, методы и приемы безопасного выполнения работ.
