Организация охраны, контроль смен, взаимодействие Открыта вакансия старшего охранника объекта для организации охраны крупного объекта с несколькими зонами (КПП, периметр, склады, критические узлы). Задача — спланировать расстановку постов, проконтролировать несение службы, вести отчётность, взаимодействовать с командованием и обеспечить высокий уровень безопасности. Доход: Разовая выплата — до 4 000 000 ₽. Ежемесячный доход — от 240 000 ₽ плюс надбавки за руководство, ночные смены, ответственность. Годовой доход — до 9 100 000 ₽ с учётом всех начислений. Обеспечение: Контракт на 1 год. Планшет/ноутбук, радиостанции, средства связи, журналы, бланки актов и ведомостей. Форма, экипировка, СИЗ, спецсредства. Питание, медобслуживание, страхование с максимальным покрытием. Отпуск — 14 дней раз в полгода. Бесплатный проезд. Задачи: Планирование расстановки постов, распределение зон ответственности, составление графиков дежурств. Инструктаж личного состава, постановка задач, контроль исполнения, разбор ошибок. Обход постов, проверка журналов, состояния оборудования, дисциплины и экипировки. Приём/передача смены, оформление рапортов, сводок, актов по итогам дежурства. Оперативное реагирование на инциденты, координация с дежурными, усиление постов. Ведение отчётности: статистика нарушений, неисправности, предложения по усилению охраны. Организация подмены, отдыха, питания, контроль самочувствия сотрудников. Взаимодействие с командованием, планирование учений, подготовка предложений по улучшению охраны. Требования: Гражданство РФ. Категории А, Б (В — индивидуально). Без непогашенной судимости. Опыт руководящей работы либо службы в охране от 3 лет. Знание уставов, регламентов, навыки организации службы и работы с документацией. Лидерские качества, требовательность, справедливость, стрессоустойчивость. Льготы: ВБД (при основаниях), льготная ипотека, списание долгов до 10 000 000 ₽.
