1.1. Осуществляет руководство отделением милосердия в соответствии с действующими законодательством и нормативно-правовыми актами. 1.2. Организует работу коллектива по оказанию качественной медикосоциальной помощи получателям социальных услуг. 1.3. Обеспечивает организацию социально-бытового обслуживания, оказания медико-социальной, психологической и юридической помощи лицам, находящимся в отделении милосердия, и их родственникам. 1.4. Осуществляет анализ деятельности отделения и на основе оценки показателей его работы принимает необходимые меры по улучшению форм и методов его работы. 1.5. Обеспечивает и контролирует выполнение сотрудниками отделения, получателями социальных услуг и посетителями правил внутреннего распорядка, охраны труда, санитарно-эпидемиологического режима. 1.6. Оказывает консультативную и организационно-методическую помощь сотрудникам учреждения по своей специальности. 1.7. Подготавливает статистические отчеты, в т.ч. годовые отчеты, информационно-аналитические материалы. 1.8. Предоставляет уполномоченному органу муниципального образования Российской Федерации информацию для формирования регистра получателей социальных услуг. 1.9. Проводит анализ объема и качества услуг, оказываемых Учреждением, их соответствия потребностям проживающим, эффективности их исполнения. 1.10. Содействует выполнению работниками отделения своих должностных обязанностей. 1.11. Участвует в проведении занятий по повышению квалификации медицинского персонала по своей специальности.
