- Контроль готовности к эксплуатации средств технического диагностирования, в том числе средств измерений, дополнительного технологического оборудования; - Идентификация транспортных средств; - Перемещение транспортных средств по постам линии технического контроля; - Оформление договоров на проведение технического осмотра транспортных средств; - Проверка наличия изменений в конструкции транспортных средств; - Измерение и проверка параметров технического состояния транспортных средств; - Сбор и анализ результатов проверок технического состояния транспортных средств; - Принятие решения о соответствии технического состояния транспортных средств требованиям безопасности дорожного движения и оформление допуска их к эксплуатации на дорогах общего пользования; - Контроль периодичности обслуживания средств технического диагностирования, в том числе средств измерений, дополнительного технологического оборудования; - Реализация технологического процесса проведения технического осмотра транспортных средств на пункте технического осмотра.

Высшее образование в области технической эксплуатации транспортных средств - бакалавриат и дополнительное профессиональное образование - программы повышения квалификации/Высшее образование в области технической эксплуатации машин и механизмов - бакалавриат и дополнительное профессиональное образование - программы профессиональной переподготовки. Наличие водительского удостоверения категорий В.
