Организовывать содержание автомобильных дорог местного значения, элементов их обустройства в соответствии с разграничением ответственности, установленной муниципальным правовым актом города Тюмени Организует разработку нормативов финансовых затрат на ремонт и содержание автомобильных дорог местного значения города Тюмени, правил расчета размера ассигнований бюджета города Тюмени на указанные цели. Осуществляет подготовку ежемесячной, квартальной, годовой отчетности о выполненных работах по текущему содержанию объектов дорожного хозяйства, статистической отчетности, информации аналитического характера. Организует выполнение работ, оказание услуг по капитальному ремонту, текущему ремонту и содержанию, техническому обслуживанию и осуществлению эксплуатационного контроля, а также организует эксплуатацию гидротехнического сооружения, расположенного по адресу: Тюменская область, город Тюмень, Набережная р. Туры, с сетями инженерного обеспечения и объектами благоустройства. Осуществляет контроль за реализацией Федерального закона от 09.02.2007 № 16-ФЗ О транспортной безопасности субъектом транспортной инфраструктуры в части обеспечения безопасности искусственных дорожных сооружений, расположенных на автомобильных дорогах местного значения. Обеспечивает осуществление муниципального контроля на автомобильном транспорте, городском наземном электрическом транспорте и в дорожном хозяйстве в части муниципального контроля в дорожном хозяйстве.
