Оказывать консультационную и методическую помощь органам местного самоуправления Ставропольского края в вопросах подготовки инициативных проектов (далее проект) в конкурсном отборе проектов. Проводить обучающие мероприятия для представителей органов местного самоуправления муниципальных образований Ставропольского края (далее муниципальное образование края) и жителей Ставропольского края. Сопровождать собрания и конференции населения, организовывать обсуждение проектов. Проводить выездные мероприятия, связанные с контролем над ходом реализации проектов, сдачей и торжественным открытием объектов, созданных (отремонтированных) в рамках проектов. Обеспечивать размещение и своевременное обновление информации по вопросам проведения конкурсного отбора и реализации проектов в информационно-телекоммуникационной сети Интернет . Осуществлять прием, регистрацию, проверку, учет и хранение документов муниципальных образований края, представляемых для участия в конкурсном отборе проектов. Изучать требования действующего федерального, регионального и местного законодательства в области инициативного бюджетирования. Изучать опыт субъектов Российской Федерации и муниципальных образований субъектов Российской Федерации в области инициативного бюджетирования. Вносить предложения по совершенствованию программы поддержки местных инициатив в Ставропольском крае. Участвовать в разработке внутренних локальных нормативных, инструктивных и распорядительных документов, касающихся деятельности Учебного центра, по вопросам, входящим в служебную компетенцию. Выполнять разовые поручения и указания начальника отдела. Своевременно размещать достоверную информацию на сайте, предназначенном для мониторинга подготовки и реализации инициативных проектов в Ставропольском крае, расположенного в информационно-телекоммуникационной сети Интернет по адресу: http://www.pmisk.ru/ и обеспечивающего выбор инициативного проекта гражданами (далее сайт). Вносить предложения по совершенствованию сайта и предпринимать все необходимые действия для устранения неполадок в работе сайта. Исходя из требований, предусмотренных Федеральным законом от 25.12.2008 г. № 273-ФЗ О противодействии коррупции: обеспечивать соблюдение работниками отдела требований антикоррупционной политики учебного центра; принимать меры по выявлению и устранению причин и условий, способствующих возникновению конфликта интересов и его урегулированию; оказывать работникам отдела консультативную помощь по вопросам этики и служебного поведения работников. Соблюдать требования локальных актов учебного центра, устанавливающих порядок работы с персональными данными.
